okeh. so how can you make a moving picture? Like a picture that changes to a different picture every like second or something? i hope this is not too confusing! but its like a whole bunch of pictures that flash each time, but change?How can you make a changing picture?

1. Prepare the images that will make up your animation sequence.

How can you make a changing picture?
There is a program called Image Ready, which is included with Photoshop. In that program at the bottom, there is a time line. You can insert each picture in the order that you woud like them, and adjust the time for each picture. Then you save it as a GIF and when you open it, it will play like a flip book.
