Can you change a picture that was originally Black&White to Colors?

My picture i took was black and white now i want it to be the color =\.

I was messing with PhotoShop and i have no clue how to change it to color.

did you save it and then exit and open it again? if not try pressing ctrl and z at the same time. it undo's whatever you've done to the pic. you may need to do it several times depending on how much you were tweaking and messing with the photo.

there should be a negative button, just click that and your picture should change into color
