How do i change the picture that comes up when i sign on?

I see that other people have a different picture come up where it says their name and stuff. Mine looks like a guy but i am definatly a girl, so im wondering how to change that.How do i change the picture that comes up when i sign on?
First, upload a picture to your Yahoo360 at http://360.yahoo.com . From your 360 page, click on %26quot;Edit Personal Photos%26quot;, then click browse to select a photo from your computer, then click OK.



From your YA profile, click on My Profile, then click on %26quot;Edit My Info%26quot;, then select %26quot;Use my Yahoo! 360 Picture%26quot;, then click Preview, then click OK. Viola, you have your own picture as your avatar :)
